All rights to the artwork, including original paintings, commissions, prints, and reproductions (current or future), remain the sole property of Agnieszka Swierniak, even after purchase. Purchasing artwork does not grant the buyer the right to mint the piece as an NFT, reproduce, or distribute it for profit in any form, unless express written permission is granted. Buyers are welcome to share images of the artwork on social media, but reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

Liability

Once an item is in the possession of the buyer, we are not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling. This includes smudging, tearing, or damaging artworks in any way. If an item arrives damaged due to postal issues or faulty merchandise, compensation will be provided in line with consumer protection laws. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for returns or compensation for damages caused by buyer error, including issues related to print borders or other listed details.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues. Please note that color discrepancies may occur due to device calibration differences. If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty. Any refunds or replacements will be handled as per consumer protection laws.

We may occasionally include a misprint as a gift with orders, but please note that any requests for replacements will require photographic proof of the order's contents. This policy helps protect both the studio and our customers from any misunderstandings.

Shipping Policy

Our processing times are outlined in each product description. Please note that occasional delays may occur, particularly for popular pieces. We thank you for your patience.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to address issues, a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will apply.

Duties & Taxes

Our studio is based in Zug, Switzerland, and we are not responsible for import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred when shipping items internationally. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs agency, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any applicable duties or taxes. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
