Shipping & Handling
Where are you based?
I live and work in Dublin, Ireland.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I sure do! I appreciate your support no matter where you are. I ship all items via the Irish Postal System – An Post.

If I live in Dublin, can I pick up my artwork and save the shipping cost?
Sure, this is possible, just drop me a message so we can arrange a pickup.
How much is the shipping?
Standard delivery shipping is for free up to A3 size artworks. However, depending on the size of the product, location and selected shipping method the shipping cost varies. For more detailed information about the shipping and handling, please go to the Delivery Section.

Will I get a tracking number with my purchase?
If you decide to use the registered post method (which I recommend), you will be provided with a tracking number to follow up on your order.

Can I track my purchase?
This option is only available if you select the registered post method as a shipping option. Using the official An post website www.anpost.ie insert your unique tracking number.

How long will it take to ship my order?
All prints, postcards or posters are usually shipped on the next business day after the payment and order confirmation is done. For hand-made artwork and special commissions it may take a bit longer, I will agree on the timeline with you individually based on your project.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
When I Ship your order, I will drop you a message with the notification

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders are shipped via An Post Standard or Registered Mail, with a typical delivery time of 3-5 business days. I also offer the An Post Express mail option with a typical delivery of 1-2 business days.

EU & UK orders are shipped via An Post Standard or Registered Mail, which can typically take 10-12  business days. Actual delivery time depends upon the speed of postal and customs services in your country.

US & Rest of the World orders is shipped via An Post Standard or Registered Mail, which can typically take 15-20 business days. Actual delivery time depends upon the speed of postal and customs services in your country.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders shipping outside of Ireland may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at their final destination. This may vary according to the local post restriction. Please be patient, I'm sure your local postman is doing everything he can to deliver on time. 

Can you combine my orders?
Yes, this is possible. As long as you let me know in advance before I pack and ship your order. Please also notice, that if the order volume increases significantly, the shipping costs may raise up due to the weight of the parcel. If this is the case, I will let you know.


Placing An Order
How can I place an order?
Easy! If you like any of the artwork on my website, please drop me a message at artmadamluna@gmail.com and include the title and size you are interested in. I will contact you back as soon as possible.

What sizes are available?
Prints, posters and calendars are up to A3 size, but commissioned works have no limits. The only limit is our creativity and of course the post service. For more detailed information about a particular item, you can always contact me.

How long will it take to create my order?
Prints usually take 24 hrs to prepare, pack and send. 
Hand-made artwork and special commissions may take longer depending on the request.

Can you handle large orders?
As I am only one person working in a small studio, I can only handle as much as any other human being in 24 hrs. Therefore, if you are planning to order a large amount, please let me know as much in advance as possible so we can arrange something that works out for both.

Do you only do art prints and paintings?
No, I am actually a graphic designer as well. I like new challenges, so if you have any projects in mind just let me know. I am a curious person and I like to explore.

Will you personalize my order?
Yes, if requested your print could be personalized. Each artwork always comes signed and I can add any personal message or name if you provide it while placing the order. 

Do you offer commissions?
Yes, I have received numerous requests to design bespoke artworks for different people. Some as gifts for themselves, others for that special person in their lives. Whatever the occasion, event, individual or gathering, I can create something that will capture that moment in time and hold it forever to enjoy. Simply email me with some suggestions and let me do the rest.

Do commissions require payment in advance?
Yes, I require 50% of the total in advance, which is not refundable and the other 50% due at completion. Please understand that I also need to invest in the art materials and schedule the time to work in your commission. 

What payment methods do you offer?
For your convenience, I have a few payment options available: My Etsy store, PayPal account, Revolut or Direct Bank Transfer.

How can I cancel my order?
In the case you wish to cancel your order, please drop me a message as soon as possible. If I have not started working on it yet, we can arrange something.


Refunds & Exchange

What happens if I don't get my print?/ My print arrived damaged!/ I got the wrong print(s)!
I highly encourage you to place an order using the registered post service. This way, you will receive a tracking number and your parcel is covered with the basic post provider (An Post) insurance. This way, we can work something out. Otherwise, parcels sent under the standard post service are non-refundable as they cannot be traced. 
For damaged prints or wrong received items, just shoot me an email at artmadamluna@gmail.com and I will work things out together on a case by case basis. No worries I am an honest person.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
All my artwork is created on-demand (prints and posters included). This means that when you place an order I will print and create the artwork especially for you. Therefore, there are no refunds accepted. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
I only offer refunds or exchanges on non-bespoke orders. In this case, items can only be exchanged or refunded within 7 days after the order has been received. The artwork must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. The cost of returning an item to me is your responsibility. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. (I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit). You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately.

Personal Questions

Is your real name Madam Luna?
This is a good one :) Yes, you can literally call me "Madam Luna" as my husband's surname is Luna.  Even though officially I do not use that surname, most of our friends and family call me Luna as well. As you may have noticed, I am obsessed with the moon so this surname is just a sweet bonus.

Where are you From?
I am originally from Poland (as you may have noticed from my funny English accent) but I have been leaving in reland over 6 years now and I absolutely love it. 

Have you always been an artist?
I would like to believe that the answer is yes. Since I was a kid, I always would have been creating and painting something. I even got a formal education and graduated from the academy of fine arts. Since then, I have been working as a graphic designer and painting in my spare time. However, I just recently started to share my work and started this project at the end of 2020.
